POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Director is responsible for achieving high occupancy via direct sales interaction with prospective residents, their families, and professional referral resources. Additional responsibilities include outreach efforts with various medical professionals and organizations that have the ability/need to directly refer prospects to quality Senior Living options as well as full management of the community's CRM database. The Sales Director is also responsible for the development of community events that are innovative and engage prospects in a relevant and purposeful manner creating exposure to our Senior Living services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effective communication and organizational skills are essential.

- Goal oriented and result driven to meet and exceed monthly expectations.
- Screens marketing calls and makes appointments.
- Gives tours of the facility.
- Manages and maintains a working knowledge of the lead tracking and marketing software programs and systems.
- Obtains Physician Statements and “Getting to Know You” documents in a timely manner and distribute to nursing staff to perform an assessment prior to a move-in as required by EOEA.
- Prepares all documents for reservation to residency agreement.
- Manages future residents will all aspects of the move in process.
- Prepares marketing reports, and date entry for the maintenance of the lead management system.
- Maintains an active, working knowledge of current competition.
- Grow & maintain referral sources such as Hospitals, Skilled Rehabs, Senior Living Communities, Home Healthcare Agencies, Hospice Agencies, and other Healthcare related fields.
- Maintains and communicates current product information to associates (pricing, program changes, promotional programs)
- Complies with dress code suitable for the marketing department.
- Adhere to scheduled hours and minimize unscheduled absence.
- Available as needed for weekend move-ins.
- Available as needed for evenings and weekends for outreach programs.
- Adhere to all safety policies including reporting/removing hazards immediately.
- Report all unusual occurrences promptly.
- Participate in the required in-service as required by EOEA.
- Assure confidentiality of all resident information
- Other tasks that may become necessary/appropriate as requested by the Executive Director
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Sales and Marketing experience preferred.
Business development preferred.
Experience in elder care setting preferred.
Experience with computers.
Pay: From $105,000.00 per year
