In this role, you will support resident health and well‑being through both skilled clinical care and meaningful psychosocial support, working closely with providers, interdisciplinary partners, residents, and families.

Our nurses deliver hands‑on care by administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, responding to changes in clinical status, and maintaining accurate, timely documentation. Qualified candidates must hold an active RN/LPN license in Massachusetts, have a minimum of one year of nursing experience, CPR certification, and basic computer proficiency. Experience in senior care or cognitive impairment is preferred.
