RN/LPN for Long Term Care

We are seeking experienced and compassionate RNs and LPNS to join our collaborative care team. In this role, you will support resident health and well‑being through both skilled clinical care and meaningful psychosocial support, working closely with providers, interdisciplinary partners, residents, and families.

Compensation ranges:

• RN = $46–$55 per hour
• LPN = $33-$43 per hour

plus applicable shift differentials, with rates determined by experience and license history.

We are also offering competitive sign‑on bonuses:

• $5,000 for 32–40 hours weekly or $7,500 for overnight shifts (11:00pm–7:30am),

• $2,500 for 16–24 hours weekly or $5,000 for overnight shifts.

Our nurses deliver hands‑on care by administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, responding to changes in clinical status, and maintaining accurate, timely documentation. You will promote resident independence, honor individual preferences, and collaborate with care associates to ensure safe, high‑quality outcomes.

Qualified candidates must hold an active RN/LPN license in Massachusetts, have a minimum of one year of nursing experience, CPR certification, and basic computer proficiency. Experience in senior care or cognitive impairment is preferred.
