Pizza Chef

We are looking for a Pizza Chef to join our food truck, which specializes in authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas.  The ideal candidate will have experience working with a wood-fired oven, a strong background in dough preparation, and the ability to excel in high-volume environments. 

The candidate must possess valid ServeSafe credentials for food handling, and having a manager's certification is a plus.
